I took part in a talk show about Driving Instructor Training

I am a driving instructor. Ive worked in this profession for two years, and Im forty-two now. I used to be a physical education teacher in a local primary school, but as there are less and less young children in our city, the school didnt need some of the teachers anymore and I was made redundant. I had problems finding a new job, but one day I saw a driving instructor training offer in my mail box, and I immediately thought that was not a bad idea. This is how I became a driving instructor. Last month, I got an email from a young man who claimed to be a popular talk show staff member. He was looking for people who changed their career paths and became driving instructors. The talk show was to be shot the following week. He didnt offer me any money if I agreed to participate, but I thought it would be nice if my present and potential students could see me on TV. I agreed to take part, and got an official invitation from the TV channel. During the show, I had to tell the story of how I became a driving instructor. I also discussed the choice with other participants. I later learned that the discussion about Driving Instructor Training was really popular and that nearly the whole city was watching me. Well, I never meant to become popular, but if thats going to help me get more clients, why not?
