A bus without winter tyres

My kids always go to a mountain trip during the winter holidays. They really like mountains and they just love snow. Every year they go by a bus with other children to take some rest fro the school and to just have fun. But last year there was an accident. The bus they were in smashed into a tree. We were so nervous when we had heard about it for the first time. Luckily no one got hurt but all children went back home and their holidays were just over. They had to sit at home and play their video games. They were not happy about that but we were just glad that they were in one piece. Anyway as the police checked it turned out that the bus had no winter tyres. The road was all covered in snow and during the inter the bus should have those winter tyres on. But somebody forget to do that or just wanted to save some money. Because of this way of thinking there could be a horrible disaster and our children could have been even killed. That is why all the parents sued the owner of the bus who was responsible for this trip. We expect that he will be punished for what he have or rather have not done. He must know that he put in danger lives of many innocent children and that he should pay for that. We hope that it will show other people that winter tyres are pretty important and that in winter they can save your life.
